Angelo and Moya to return to Italy for GOLD MEDAL AWARD
Lucca, Angelo Ceccanti’s birthplace, is a city in Tuscany, central Italy, situated on the river Serchio in a fertile plain near (but not on) the Ligurian Sea. It is the capital city of the Province of Lucca. Among other reasons, it is famous for its intact Renaissance-era city walls.
Angelo and Moya will return to Lucca in September for a special awards ceremony acknowledging Angelo’s contribution to the Lucca community with a Gold Medal.
More information will be posted here upon return to Australia, with details and photos of the trip and awards ceremony.
Please note that the Cellar Door will be closed for business from the 9th September, 2009 to 19th September 2009, for a total of 10 days as Angelo and Moya are in Italy. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but will proudly return to normal business when we get back.
